Cancellation & Refund Policy

The below policy update is applicable from 13 June 2022

Cancellations and Refunds 

  • We have a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases if you change your mind, relocate, find a cheaper price, don’t like it or have no use for it
  • Treatments are not transferable to other individuals without consultation and approval from the Clinic Manager
  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation to allow time to reallocate your appointment to another client
  • We will send you an SMS reminder about your appointment 24 hours ahead of your appointment. Please confirm “Y” to the text or contact the clinic if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment
  • If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $35. In the case of prepaid treatments, the treatment will be forfeited
  • Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act
  • In order for us to provide you with a great experience and results it is imperative that you provide all information requested in completing consultation forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. We encourage you to work with your therapist on what results you can achieve with your treatments. 
Prepaid Treatment Package Policy - Updated

Prepaid Treatment Packages Policy (update 13 June 2022)

Prepaid packages are a great way to save on the cost of your treatments.

When you purchase a prepaid package it is important to schedule in your treatments to ensure the best results.

From Monday 13 June 2022 all prepaid packages will be valid for a specified time and will expire if they are left unused past the expiry date.  You will be notified by email that your prepaid package is due to expire.  

  • All prepaid laser hair removal packages that include a series of up to 6x treatments are valid for 12 months from the purchase date
  • All prepaid laser hair removal packages that include a series of 10x treatments are valid for 18 months from the purchase date
  • All skin packages that include a series of 3x treatments are valid for 6 months from purchase date
  • All skin packages that include a series of 6x treatments are valid for 12 months from purchase date
  • Full body laser treatments purchased are to be scheduled as full body treatments and cannot be broken down into single areas or treatments
  • Refunds can only be issued on prepaid packages in accordance with the terms of our Cancellation and Refunds policy. The prepaid treatments are not transferable to other individuals without consultation and approval from the Clinic Manager
  • As per the cancellation policy 24 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you do not attend the appointment the prepaid treatment will be forfeited
  • You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid package
Price Matching Policy

We offer a 10% Price Match Policy on all Laser Hair Removal Treatments:

  • We will better any genuine and current advertised price by 10% on the same treatment using the same equipment.
  • The competitor advertised offer must be within a 10km radius of Nude Skin and Laser Clinic’s location from which the client is claiming the 10% Price Match Policy discount.
  • The 10% Price Match Policy discount is inclusive of GST.
  • Evidence of the published/advertised price must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Nude Skin and Laser Clinic reserves the right to contact the competitor at any time to authenticate the current price.
  • The offer or treatment must be like for like. The client must purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor.
  • Simply cut out the advertised price or offer and bring it into the clinic with you.
  • Nude Skin and Laser Clinic’s 10% Price Match Policy does not price match a competitor’s price match promotion.
  • The 10% Price Match Policy does not apply to offers made by group buying, discount or coupon generating website organisations.
  • The 10% Price Match Policy discount cannot be applied to purchases that the client has already paid for or received.
  • Each client will require a full consultation and assessment, Nude Skin and Laser Clinic’s laser technicians reserve the right to determine suitable treatment for the client and can at any time refuse to treat.
  • Nude Skin and Laser Clinic’s 10% Price Match Policy may be reviewed or cease at any time without prior notice.
Online Store Purchases & Payments Policy - Updated

New Zealand orders 

Our online shop for physical products is only available for New Zealand residents.

Once a purchase is made through our online store your items will be shipped within 3 business days – should the product be out of stock the customer has the option for a refund or to wait for product to be restocked.

Once order is dispatched it is the customers responsibility to track their order. Non- deliveries are to be followed up with New Zealand Couriers.

Faulty items will be fully refunded but are requested to send back or taken to the closet Nude Skin and Laser Clinic.

Online Purchases Are Processed Via STRIPE

Our specialty is skin and laser, to deliver safe debits we use a third party (STRIPE) to process our online payments for both product and services. We co-ordinate with the team to ensure payments are on track. Please understand if you are querying a payment we may need to seek their expertise and we will respond when we can.

How long we retain your data
